nephew Jimmy is a very original cook. For
years he did not like a variety of foods.
He wanted to eat the same bland meals. Now he loves spicy
fare. In fact, the spicier the better. If
he canít find what he wants in a packaged food, he creates the dish
himself. All of these recipes are his original creations.
1 package of thin Italian sausage
(your favorite flavor)
1 container of low fat crescent
American cheese- 1 slice for each
Kicks spicy ketchup
|Cut your sausage into hot dog size
links. In a 350-degree oven, pre-cook your sausage
for about 20 Ė 30 minutes, until brown.
Let it cool. Lay out 2 crescent rolls side by side and pinch the seams
together. Add l slice of
American cheese then 2 pieces of
sausage. Top with Salsa. Roll
up and bake in 350-degree oven for about 15 minutes.
Top with a spoon of Miracle Whip, a squirt of ketchup, and
a squirt of Heinz Kicks spicy ketchup.
